Mark's Microsoft Dynamics experience started in 2005. He began his career in the sports industry, where he was a UEFA licensed coach for multiple Scottish teams and also worked on the data side with EA Sports and Sports Interactive. He later worked as a Liaison Officer for UEFA. In 2005, Mark transitioned to the tech industry, gaining experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and later upskilling in the Power Platform. He started in technical support before moving into Consultancy and then Solution Architecture. In the Microsoft community, Mark is an evangelist, Being a Microsoft Dual Award MVP for Business Applications (Field Service) and Microsoft 365 (Copilot). He is also a Regional Lead MCT and involved in writing Microsoft exams. Mark now specializes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, having led enterprise-level projects for ScotiaBank, Oxbow Coal, Ford, Lebara, Arsenal FC, Glasgow Clan, the Caledonia Gladiators, the R&A Golf Course, and multiple UK government agencies.
