The purpose of this Course is to give you a 101 introduction to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations.

Project Operations is part of the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem. It brings together sales, resourcing, project management, and finance into one end-to-end application. That means instead of jumping between different systems, you can run the full lifecycle of a project — from quoting, planning, and scheduling resources, through to tracking time, expenses, and project profitability — all in one place.

In this video, we’re going to focus on giving you the basics:

What Project Operations is and where it sits within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
A look at the core capabilities such as project planning, resourcing, and financials.
And finally, we’ll tie it together with a real-world example, so you can see how it helps an organisation manage projects day to day.
